My question is about the description. When I enter a description in the table design it does NOT display when I click in the field to enter data. I am running Access 2013 so not sure if that is a change but I like the feature. I even deleted my form and recreated after table descriptions were entered.

So Description is not showing along the bottom of the Form?

To add or change the Description text displayed in the status bar for a field AFTER a field has been added to a form you have to make the change to the field's StatusBarText property. When you create controls by dragging a field from the field list, Microsoft Access copies the field's Description property to the control's StatusBarText property. After that, changing the field's Description will have no effect on what is displayed in the status bar for that field. You must edit the StatusBarText property for that field in the form designer to make any changes.
