Hello Richard

First of all I would like to thank you for such a good TECHELP video called timesheet you made for me I have a question which probably sounds a bit silly as you say the only calculation which is used is a totalminute to do the rest so is that necessary to put all the other fields on the form or can I put them on and hide them if they are needed

Just to clarify something here Richard what I am asking really is is it possible just to have the hours and minutes written out like 20 hours and 10 minutes the only thing which is displayed on the bottom of the timesheet in the footer

Sorry, What are you asking? I think you answered your own question. You can set visible: false to any of those fields in the footer.

There is a function in the Code Vault called HowLong which does exactly that. I see you just joined as a Gold Member. Welcome.
