I notice that if in your CustomerF, you turn on Data Entry -> Yes, then you can't open a specific record in CustomerListF. Do we have any solutions for this matter?

I think you're confusing Data Entry with Allow Deletions/Additions/Edits. Data Entry is something else and I don't think it was covered in this course.
Data Entry makes it so that you can't view existing records, only add new ones. I've got a TechHelp video coming up on it soon. It's covered in Access Expert 15.
