What have you tried to change? I think im missing a lot of information here.

Check your linked tables make sure theyre going to the right file location

Hi Adam, I was watching one of Richards videos on tracking changes in a note section of my form. And changed the field property to append. Thats when I got that error message.

For the record, and I'm pretty sure I mention this in that video, I don't recommend the append field property for long text fields.
