I want to create an artist database for an art gallery. As part of that database want to have an inventory of the artwork for each artist to be sure we have the work we should have. If the artist changes the work or an item is sold need to eliminate. Can I do that with just an "Inventory field" in the artist table?

If everything is unique then you could do it with a checkbox.
If theyre not unique youll have to track numbers. Maybe try this Inventory
