Unable to Set on Continuous

Following your instructions - I'm building on ABCD Core Part 2 - I get the same warning, "You can't view a form as a continuous form if it contains a subform, an activeX controle, a bound chart or a web browser control.
Impossible to change it back to continuous form.
Any idea how to solve that?

Double check that you have clicked Form Header / Footer and NOT Page Header / Footer.  It won't work if it is Page.

Go to the outer form's properties and set the Default View back to Continuous Forms (in the Format tab).
