The screen shot is what i want it to look like with the accommodation type and the price related to it.
Sometimes there are children going and they are at a different prices,  there are only 6 accommodation types.
If anyone can help or suggest an alternative if this cant be done.
I tried an unrelated combo with the options but could not work out how to get the correct price.
Happy to pay for solutions.

Michelle a lot of the time, when I'm having an issue, I find it helpful to write out the steps or criteria I need to do to get from point A to Point B.

In other words how do you determine what is what manually?  
If x is the case then other fields is 'abc' BUT if Y is the case the other fields have to be 'def'.
Sometimes this will lead you to discover maybe you need to check existing field 'q'  other times you may need to add another field.

Just writing it all out will often give you the path you need to take.  It seems (for me ) to help cut through the unnecessary background noise and focus on just what you need.

At a minimum it will help us to guide you what to do.
