Hi Richard,
I am still a newbie but with the help of your videos I managed to build my own business database, so thank you very much!!

I just implemented this Send Email button with automatically attaching the report as a PDF file, like you showed in the extended cut.

My question is: Could I make it so the pdf filename is the invoice number of the current client? Something like invoice_number.pdf

Otherwise all my invoices have the same name and I need to change them manually afterwards.

I would create a variable to store the path and filename of your invoices like this: `Dim Filename As String Filename = CurrentProject.Path & "\" & InvoiceNumber & ".pdf"` Then use Filename in OutputTo and SendEmail. This way if you need to change it in the future you only need to change it in one place. See these videos for extra help. Variables Concatenation
