Is there any reason not to set all columns to Append Only? Will this make the db huge? When I recommended an Access Database as a solution, one question I received from multiple people was if we could track changes.
Append Only applies to Long Text fields only, so you can't use it for all FIELDS (not columns in Access). For properly tracking changes to other field types see Track Changes.
