You mentioned the history under Append Only. With the history of changes that were made, is there a way to see whom made those changes if there are more than one person editing?

I'm not sure what part you're talking about in the beginner series, but in the more advanced classes you can track this with a user name either inside access or on windows, and record it to a table, the same way they track login/offs in Track Log On. There won't be more than one person editing (at one time) because then you'd have a write conflict and only one version of the record would be saved anyways.

Thank you. That's what I was hoping. Myself and a couple of others will be the only ones with access to the program. I am creating a vehicle maintenance program and the other two ladies will keep track of toll tags and gas cards.
