Thank you Richard for this lesson. I found a similar recordset code from Andre on Stackoverflow.com and modified it to copy multiple records. I just couldn't get it to requery the subform. Having us close & reopen the form did the trick. It's amazing how such a small thing can be so powerful. My record duplicating is now working perfectly. Thanks again!
