I am able to hit add and a lable will go to the table. However it will not do more then 1. Is there a setting I am missing?

No there is not something you are missing. At this stage, if you want 10 labels you have to click the button 10 times.
If you go to 8:30, Richard states that in the Access Mailing Label Seminar he shows you how to indicate how many labels you want and press the button.
In a nut shell you would need to use the Value From a Form to get the number of labels into a variable, then you would use a For Next Loop to write that many labels to the table.
I see you jumped ahead in the courses so this is quite possibly beyond your current knowledge level.

This is the most important part for me to get my business going. I did jump ahead I had to. However, when I push the button multiple times, it only will place 1 label in the table even if i push the button 50 times. i know there are more classes and seminars and all but the whole reason i started this was because of the scanning part. This is what I need. I don't care to type a number in right now I am fine with Increasing by pushing.
thank you though.
