AGES I have been frustrated by that thinking it was either me or my machine! So happy to find out I'm not actually doing something wrong, or have a property set wrong or some option ticked deep in the old account options.

It's the same for queries too.

Beginner 6 Lesson 3 at 1:00 minute, building the employee form in Access 2010. Still there on my edition of 2016!

Ah yes, I forgot about that. They must have fixed it a while back because Access 365 doesn't have that bug anymore. Plus, I always work from one of my blank template files, so I almost never build a database completely "from scratch" anymore. Check out my Blank Template video.
