Hello,

Sending emails from Access is working fine but the Outlook signature is not included in the email. The settings in Outlook specify to apply a signature to every email. If I try to add an signature to the populated email in Outlook before sending, the entire body of the email disappears. Any ideas?

Just add it to the body. Your normal body then & vbnewline & signature

I'm using outlook and it appears that all 365 outlook is Microsoft Exchange. I'm not sure if this matters to the code.

You need to set the signature equal to the body of the Email first (see the post I linked to above). `Signature = myMail.Body`
