Junction Many to Many

I am using the Access Task Manager template as the 'main table' to track my productivity with work tasks. Originally I had flat tables and after watching your lessons am now trying to convert everything over to relational tables.  I have 'converted' my lines of business table (many) and my products table (many) and put them in junction table.  However, I am at a loss how the main tasks table, where I need to reference both LOBs and Products (in addition to other information), gets 'connected .' I think I am just confusing myself with all the tables. Should the main tasks table be functioning as the junction table?

Without knowing a lot more about your business processes, I can't really advise you. I don't know what your different tables even mean. I cover M2M relationships in much more detail in my Access Expert 7 class, and I see you're almost there. If you watch that and still don't get it, post more details, including perhaps a screen shot showing your tables and relationships.

Yes, I am working my way through them now.  For now,  I built my combo boxes off the separate tables I made for products and lines of business, and am storing the values in Task table. So far its working... I think I was just getting myself confused relating the table names in the examples to what I was creating.
