MultiTab Form

Hi guys, I'm creating a multitab form and wondering if there is a way to 'default' one element: There will be one tab with Business Info and a 2nd tab with the employees of that business entered - Is there a way to link them (for want of a better phrase) so the employee tab defaults to the business info that has just been completed? I don't want the user to have to keep choosing the business from a dropdown everytime they enter a new employee record. (this is for programmes run with various orgs where not every staff member will be a participant) Does this come up in Expert? I haven't gotten that far yet :( Thanks.

First build a Query to bring the Business Infor and the Employee Info together.
The image below illustrates how to accomplish what you want to do.
I don't use Tabs often so this is the easiest way I can think of to do this.

Here are some videos which may help.

Relational Combo
Default Value
DLookup
Filter Records
After Update

There is minimal programming in my solution but check out this video if you have never done any VBA before.

Excellent @kevin thank you. I'm actually just watching the Anchoring video on YT where VBA is mentioned, and it struck me that it might be something I need to check out. Appreciate your time to reply :)

I also realised that with 'Expert' I have a ton of additional videos that I need to watch - so much to learn. Gonna be a long night!!
