I have a hidden CustomerID somewhere on my PersonF. I changed the one at the top of the form. In properties I have PersonID as both Name and ControlSource, and I don't have any VBA attached. Yet, when I double click a PersonID on the PeopleF I get one of those "Enter Parameter Value" errors and it lists CustomerID. I click OK and it opens just fine, with no visible errors. I'm out of ideas of where to look.

Go into design mode for the form. If the property sheet isn't open  - open it so you can see both the form and the properties.

Click the combo box in the property sheet and choose a field.  The corresponding field should show up selected in the form.
If it is behind Notes or the Contact History subform it won't show up and you will have to move those out of the way to locate the field.

The other thing to check is spelling.  9 time out of 10 the parameter value error is something is spelled wrong.  Look closely at the error message.  It will indicate what is spelled wrong.

I just took a look at Lesson 4 again. At the 12:40 mark Richard shows the error and how to fix it. Did you correct the Contact Subform?

Thanks! That fixed it. I don't know how I missed that when I watched it.
