I have Multiple YN in my Forms. As Bruce i like the idea of building a Cross Reference Table.  Two questions:
1. I keep track of who and when the check was made . For instance  JK010123 means James Kirk last updated this check on 01/01/2023. Do we store this in the Junction Table?
2. How do you do Searches on these fields like you do in ABCD. If I want a list of all customers that are active and are trekkies?

1. I'd use IDs for each.
2. Build a query with the details. Search on that query.
