Adding subforms

Hi, when I add forms as subforms as per the Association 10 Video, I add them to the footer as in the video, but when I open the form only 1 or 2 records show in the continuous forms. I've tried adding a little extra space between the form field and the bottom of the form but this results in only one large/deeper field. I've messed around with the form sizes and footer size without any success. Downloaded the file and the GroupTypeF form looks similar to mine but performs correctly. Any tips on what to do??

Problem seems to be with fitting them on screen, even though I limit the size of the form in design view and add the subform to the footer, a large space exists at the bottom of the form above the subform in form view. Mike

This is due to you using Tabbed Documents instead of Overlapping Windows. If you don't want that extra space move the Subform to the Detail section.
