Hi Alex, I saw the update prior to reading your comment. Tried it and works perfectly. I've been struggling with this for quite some time because of the query criteria. This is a powerful tip to have when working w/ forms and now am happy I've got it. Many thanks to Richard's speedy reply and to you for the heads up!!
