If I use a multi-level Navigation Form and Open the record I'm interested in at the main level can that be used to point forms that open in the sub level to that record automatically?

Navigation Forms have issues all on their own.  Nav forms are difficult to reference between other forms.

You are much better off creating your own menu system as shown in the courses.  I'm afraid you wont get a ton of help with them just because we avoid them like a plague.  They are so frowned on the even earned a mention in Richard's Evil Access Stuff.

Thanks, Scott. Again, I do not know enough to speak intelligently on the topic, but I recall Richard mentioned navigation Forms may be the method that works if you will be sharing over a network. What I have in mind would be shared with co-workers who will access it remotely.
