You don't HAVE to. Honestly, I don't love covering this stuff either. I think in my life as a consultant/developer I had ONE client out of hundreds who requested a customized Ribbon. But if you need it, you need it.

If you can't tell... I've been putting off finishing Developer 45 because it's not one of my favorite topics... but I gotta be thorough.
