There isn't a tracking system to say you've completed it, just for you to keep track yourself
How are you printing it?
Some printers need the print background ticked
Are you printing it to pdf from the website?

<Forehead Slap> I hadn't even thought about the background box as I so rarely need it.  Talk about missing the obvious. <Looks humbled and embarrassed>
