Invoicing from a Lead Source

I work in the funeral Industry where, we only ever have one detailed invoice per client. Currently I we are invoicing in a excel spread sheet where, our Consultants fill our a questionnaire/Lead page, from the questions asked it populates a proforma invoice itemizing what has been selected, is there a way to do that in Microsoft Access? My questionnaire page has the drop down, I am basically wanting to create an invoice that will pull through the answers given on a lead page/questionnaire form.

Sorry for the delay in answering. Yes, absolutely. Just once you have the information populated in your questionnaire table, you could make an invoice form that will then get whatever data you need from that table. There's a million ways to do it, all depending on your skill level. You could use an append query, you could use VBA code and run a recordset, or DLookups to pull whatever you want. I need to know a lot more information, and we're going to be able to help you more.
