Hi Richard, When you were quickly building the CustomerQ queries with full address and with missing address info, which you then used to create a report for the secretary to contact the customers with missing info, you didn't include the "phone" field. Without it the secretary would have needed to refer back to the Customer table to obtain the client's number. Magically this missing phone field did appear in your reports based on these queries (I guess you doctored the queries later and added the "phone" field :) )

Good old case of poetic license. The magic of editing goes a long way.
I really like the way Richard does things now. It's even better, IMHO, that he tends to leave the mistakes in and show us rather than just fixing it.
I'm sure he also get less "What the heck did you do?" questions and responses.
