I figured it out - this run from query. It doesn't correct the entered data it just displays corrected version for output.  I tested the Global function on my field called Author. If I enter all small or all  Caps it changed the field to be proper case except if I entered say "macDonald" it did not capitalize the m.

When starting looking at this I was looking to develop code in the AfterUpdate Property that correct as the data was input therefore keeping my data clean.

If there is something I do toward the goal please let me know. I have another field "Title" that change to Proper Case when entered but not to proper title grammar; it capitalizes "with", "the" for example. If this type of stuff is covered in advance or developers let me know. I may live long enough to get through the material at 80.

I believe you'd have to make an exclusion table of words not to include in MyProperCase to have it not capitalize every first word
