Invoicing from a Lead Source

Good Day, I am hoping some one can help me here, I have looked at all the invoicing videos but haven't been able to find what I need in our Industry there is only ever one invoice for a client as we are undertakers. Currently I do my invoices in Excel, where there is a questionnaire page they fill out and it automatically generates an invoice using formulas. Can this be done in Access?

Sure, I assume your asking them the questions and filling in the answers anyways?

It absolutely can be done. Make a table to store your results, create a form to display the questions and get the answers from the user, and then fill that information into an invoice. Also, I assume sometimes you have multiple invoices from the same customer. Don't you want the family to stay with you?

We create an Invoice per deceased, If the family incur another loss we start again from scratch as all the information regarding the funeral is very personalized to that deceased and family, The family may use us again but my not always paid by the same person in the family. @ Adam, that is correct we fill in the answers and then the answer generate a proforma Invoice for the family.
