Hello,

I just used Richards Tech Help Video on sending outlook emails - extended cut and for the most part, it works perfectly. Where I get into trouble is if a record in the assigned recordset table does not have an email address, i get a Run-time error '94 Invalid use of Null message. Any help on error handling this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I had kind of thought about using something like that, but couldn't figure out how to do that. In the meantime, i setup a query to remove records without emails and set the recordset to the query which works. I'd love to know how to incorporate a IsNull condition for the table so i can remove the query.

What you did is perfect. In fact, I would have done it that way in the first place. Your loop will actually run faster too. If you don't want to use a query, just put a WHERE condition in your SQL statement... `SELECT * FROM CustomerT WHERE NOT IsNull(EmailAddress)` Time for some SQL lessons. :)

Thank you for the encouragement, solution and agree with your observation. I just tried it both ways and, as you said, the query does run faster so I'll leave well enough alone. Thanks again.
