Military time to UTC time

Hello everyone, Richard has pointed me in the right direction to the video on ministry time it worked well, except for when it was e.g. two minutes past the start of UTC e.g. 0012 412 minutes into UTC day Bay problem. I've still got hopefully Richard might show how to do this somewhere in the future and the lessons as how to convert this to display as UTC time because when I put in 0012 which represented 12 minutes after midday New Zealand time it just put 012 which is not quite what I really need to really display 100% correctly, so if anyone can point me in the direction of how to changes to UTC time considering UTC is 12 hours difference at the moment I am going to have another look at that daylight saving time video which someone pointed to me to look at any help would be appreciated. For those people who come across this the other thread I have been using has no longer being used. Richard has asked not to put more on one question in one thread, it gets too long. It least thanks

Hello everyone, something I meant to mention in my main message was I would like it to be able to also alter the date if it was before midday with the time I would like it to show the day before, e.g. it was after midday. It would be, e.g. 11/5/99 if it was before midday. It would be E.g. 10/5/99 as UTC is used with amateurs but also the day does not start until midday, with New Zealand being 12 hours difference. Even when we are a different amount of time difference amateur radio operators go by UTC time I have noticed also when you want to put in military time. It doesn't drop the first zero of the number is there a way of doing this. I'm sure I saw something with Richard but don't know where to look. Thank you
