Richard I really got a lot out of this seminar. I've been curious about switchboards so I'm glad you brought the topic up when talking about main menus. Also, I really liked your trick with the transparent button on the continuous form.

Yeah, that's one of my favorite tricks too. When we get a little more advanced into programming, I'll show you how to take a map (like of the USA) and then make transparent buttons over states to open up forms showing customers just from those states. :)
