At time 13:28 video shows view of quick report of CustomerWithoutFullAddressQ. This Query was created by copying and editing CustomerWithFullAddressQ. There was no phone number in that Query so where did the phone number come in? I agree it would be really useful! Also to say I had an issue with creating CustomerWithFullAddressQ. All was the same as video except I got a further "Enter Parameter Value" after the one in video needing CompanyName to be added. The additional message I got was CustomerID so I added that field but clicked box so it did not show and then it worked fine.

OK I answered my own question. I added the phone field from the table to the CustomerWithoutFullAddressQ (with check box selected not to show the field) then for my CustomerWithFullAddressQ I was able to add phone and then ensure the check box for this field was selected to show the field and then voila!
