hi richard, nice that you respond so quickly to my question from tab to enter. Good to know this but what my boss means is that in the direction of the fields that you do with tab that my boss wants to do this with either the tab or with enter to go through the fields of the record from left to right. Maybe an update on this :)

I don't understand. Are you just talking about the Tab Order? Normally pressing either ENTER or TAB will do the same thing. You control the order of where the next field is by setting the tab order.

indeed, I didn't know and my boss didn't know either. How stupid can I be :( , still learned something from enter to down, thanks :)
