Richard, I don't know if you got my last question; the website took me to some kind of News page when I submitted.
I set up and saved a query as you showed in the video.  Then Create -> Form Design-> Form property sheet -> data tab -> record source -> chose query -> used "Show only fields in current record source" -> saved form and reopened -> design view -> form properties -> format tab -> continuous forms under default view -> save and reopen.
But looking in form view I see only the labels and associated text boxes once.  When I scroll down, the values in the boxes change.  Can you advise how to get the continuous form?  thanks, Nick
