Just a quick question I noticed from your extended cut.  Calculated table fields.  In the ExtCost you gave an example qty x unitcost +100

I run stock takes every three months, however the unit prices do change along with quantities which is understandable.  I am required to keep reports of a stock take for the auditors.

Can I make a table containing all 4 quarters and keeping each quarters individual quantities and cost.  This should allow me to see what stock I have on hand for a single item and display each cost price.  I cannot have the prices change over the previous quarters which prices change.
