Thanks for the reply Juan, I really appreciate it.  And apologies about question too, reading it again doesn't make much sense.

What I meant was that in the video Richard sorted by Description, Importance, and Due.
I was wondering how you would go about sorting by customer (customer Combo) as well.  I tried a few different things, and couldn't get it to work, because it is a combo box.  I tried to copy the way he did the importance Combo sort, but i couldn't get that to work either.
