Ever since learning about the Fitness 73 example and the dynamic menu setup, I have stopped using regular buttons on my menus. This approach is awesome.

I have tried setting up a form to add new items to the menu, but in the long run I dropped the idea because I could not quite figure out the best way to organize it. I was thinking about using helper tables, but that idea did not really work out the way I hoped. I also thought about syncing multiple subforms, but I could not get it to work, and I did not really like that approach either.

So, if anyone out there has ideas, please share them. I would love to see some creative ways this can be done.
