I want to display years, months and days since a certain date. I can show total days or months or years but can't seem to get all three like "20 years, 7months and 14 days"

We need you to go back to high school and "Show us your work"
Its really hard to help diagnose what is the issue when we don't know what you have done.

You can post screen shots using the link above.

Thank you Alex and Scott very much. The images show what I am trying to do. I can get # of days, # of months, and  #of years but I want it to display "21 yrs, 3 months, 14 days".  I am not great with this so explain like you're talking to an idiot (you are).

Again thank you for helping me out

Create new calculated fields in your query for Years, Months, Days. Then a final field to concatenate all three values together with the appropriate text.

I don't understand Kevin. Wouldn't that  give me total time in each calculated field? What I need  is full years, with months being a partial year in months with some days left over.  Like 21 yrs, 4months and 12 days.

My screenshot shows this. Are results in the last column not what you are looking for?
